Sark Treasure Hunt
Aim of the Game
In a quest to find an infamous Pirate’s Hidden Hoard, players must solve riddles or decipher coded clues that will lead them all over the island and ultimately to the legendary treasure.
Players must find a total of 10 mini Treasure Chests hidden around Sark. Each mini Treasure Chest contains part of a final clue that will reveal the location of the Hidden Hoard.
There is no order to search in but all 10 mini Treasure Chests must be found to complete the final clue. Question is, can the dastardly Pirate be trusted?

How to Play
There are 2 ways to play this game. Players may choose which way suits them best or combine the two, as both methods will lead to the same locations. To play is free but donations to the Sark Playground are kindly encouraged. Donations can be made online below or at the Visitor Centre.
1. Play with Riddles: Solve Riddles and use a current Sark Map to determine the locations of 10 mini Treasure Chests and the Hidden Hoard. This way is deemed the more difficult method.
2. Play with Coded Clues: Decipher Coded Clues and enter the answers into the free app ‘what3words’ for the exact locations of 10 mini Treasure Chests and the Hidden Hoard. This way is deemed the easier method.

If you believe that a Treasure Chest has been lost or damaged, please contact the Visitor Centre.
-
None of the Treasure Chests are buried under the ground. You will not have to dig at any time.
